Applying for Membership

  1. Check the types of memberships and their respective requirements, fees and duration.
  2. Download the corresponding application form in fillable PDF format
  3. Fill the application form in one of the following ways:
    1. Fill the PDF file using software such as Adobe Acrobat, BentoPDF or your favourite PDF form filling software
    2. Print the application form and affix your signature and a recent photograph
  4. Scan an image of your postgraduate degree certificate
  5. Scan an image of your Aadhar card
  6. Scan an image of your postgraduate degree certificate
  7. Email the application form along with scanned images/PDF files of your degree certificate, Aadhar card and payment proof to sea.india.2025@outlook.com

Checklist for filling the form

  • Photograph (if filling the print version of the form) or scanned image of your photograph (if filling the form electronically)
  • Scanned copy of the filled and signed printed application form with photograph and signature or electronically filled application form
  • Scanned copy of your postgraduate degree certificate
  • Scanned image or PDF copy of your Aadhar card
  • Scanned copy of your proof of payment
